Delete your account & data
This page explains how to permanently delete your MySugarClinic account and the personal data we hold about you, what is removed, what we are required to keep, and how to get help if you can no longer sign in.
How to delete your account
- Open the MySugarClinic app, or visit mysugarclinic.com, and sign in with your phone number.
- Go to My account.
- Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and contact details
- Your sugar trends and calorie-tracker logs
- Your next-review reminders and in-app notifications
- Photos you uploaded and any past data exports
What we keep (de-identified)
Past consultation, subscription and payment records are retained in de-identified form — your name and contact details are removed so they can no longer be linked back to you. We are legally required to keep these medical, financial and tax records. This deletion cannot be undone.
Can't sign in?
If you no longer have access to your account, email us from your registered address and we'll process your deletion request.
